Native english nanny needed

Hi everyone! Could someone recommend english (native speaker) nanny for 2 years old kid? We live in CABA Belgrano. We would ideally need someone for 20 hours a week or more. Much appreciated!
 
Hello did you ever find anyone? I’m American and my wife is a dual citizen Brazilian/Argentinian although she’s from Brazil. While not a native speaker she speaks perfect English with only a slight accent. She has experience working with kids (not including her two kids).
