After reading about him on this thread, I went to see Ryan. He is fantastic! At first, I was a little skeptical about going to someone's house, but, I called Ryan who was warm and easy to talk to (in English) over the phone.
I gave Ryan a vague outline of what I wanted. He listened, asked about how long I would be traveling, and then went to work. The resulting color was beautiful and natural. The cut - perfect. Layered and better than I could have envisioned. Ryan works best when not micromanaged - trust that he is very good at his job (which could be both hair and therapy).
