Hi Everyone,
Due to recent life changes, I'm searching for a furnished studio or 1 bedroom apartment that will be available in the coming weeks (I can move in immediately). A month-to-month lease/arrangement would be ideal, but I'd be comfortable agreeing to 3 months, possibly with the hope to extend longer. I have 2 Miniature Dachshunds (9 and 12 lbs).
I don't need a lot of space, but the things that matter to me are:
I'm looking at $4500-6000 pesos/month (or $500-800 US). In addition to being furnished, I hope the final price includes internet and utilities, etc.

- Limited street noise in the bedroom
- Has subte access (not a total deal breaker though)
- Has a usable kitchen with at least *some* counter space
