Need quick help before I sign contract!

I am looking to sign a 5 month contract for my rented apartment in Buenos Aires.

I just wanted to know if http://www.welcome2ba.com are trustworthy and whether you have heard of any problems with them?

From your other posts you are looking for a place to stay now. Have you been into the apartment? The availability calendar on the website shows it booked until March

I haven't used them but I have spoken with them and they seem to have been made quite a straight forward process. They would be my preference above other companies, mostly because of the quality of the apartments they had on offer. I have a two year rental now so I don't need them but I would have no doubts using them if I needed that type of rental.
