Neighborhoods

I have seen in some posts people mention that different neighborhoods (districts) are not that good to live in for safety reasons etc. I am trying to learn more about BA for a potential move in the future and was wondering if anyone can give me a breakdown of the neighborhoods that they would or would not reccomend and any reasons why?

I think that safety shouldn't be ones primary concern when chosing a neighborhood since people do after all get mugged all over the place.Few neighborhoods that I'd consider are Belgrano, Flores, Villa Crespo, Caballito and Parque Chacabuco. Most people would reccomend Palermo and Recoleta.
