It is practically new, and the new price at amazon is in the range of US$700 and in Europe around 500 euro... So the US$500 might look high, but for a machine which has been hardly used it is actually not a bad price at all....

Also, our machine is the 220V version, so no need for a transformer to use it.....

It is model: EN720.M not EN520S.

Nothing wrong with the machine. We got the new one as a gift and yes we are addicts, but don't need two machines.
