Who’s interested? Actors, directors, comics, singers, musicians, technical crew, writers, producers, publicists, and if you can wiggle your ears you’re needed.
We can put together variety shows like SNL with sketches, songs and standup, and/or Monty Python stuff, political and social satirical material and wacky sketch comedy. I also have done full-length plays that are in the offing.
One play we did, American Dreams and an Elephant, consisted of 4 sketches, was performed in English w/ Spanish subtitles, ran for 2 seasons, was very well attended and received excellent revues. (a few examples at Dennis Weisbrot, Youtube)
I have a mountain of material, some performed in the past, others newly written.
Covid has nearly decimated alternative theater, but shows in English would surely draw a lot of interest at some venue in Palermo and would be a helluva kick to do.
