You do know that CFK kicked out the head of the Fed so that she could get her hands on the reserves to pay Chavez the interest on those bonds... only to have people bring back ~1/2 the interest up until one of the mules was caught with a suitcase of US$800,000, don't you? After that, CFK and HC increased their visits to each other's country so that they could launder the money undetected.

CFK's biggest fear was "having to pay for gasonline/petrol" AND "not having anyone to launder money for her".

Anyone who has been in Argentina for 8 months could tell you that.
