Nightclub for people around 40

Good luck by the way with finding a bar without working ladies. Only with after-office hours and on friday's and saturday's they are really outnumbered.
BA capital begins to look more like Bangkok more and more
 
I think the working ladies add to the ambiance of a bar/club. They provide some added visual entertainment.
 
I wish there was a bar without working ladies and somewhat crowded. I would be there every night
