Today I'll be taking over the kitchen at The Office in Las Canitas and serving up fare from my home town New Orleans, Louisiana.
The menu-
roast beef po'boys
fried fish po'boys
red beans & rice
spinach, walnut, blue cheese, strawberry salad
muffaletta bruschettas
peanut butter & banana empanadas
ginger spiked lemonade & Pat O's hurricanes
We'll be playing jazz, funk, and blues throughout the evening and offering happy hour from 7-9.
