NYer coming for a month in Nov - Apt Help?

Hi All:

So excited to have found this forum! I just rented my NYC apt for the month of November and plan on joining you all to live it up in BA!

First need to find a cool place. I'm told Palermo SoHo, as close to Plaza Serrano as possible is an ideal spot. I'm just one person, would love something nice, but doesn't have to be a PH Loft. Must have strong WiFi (making my living running websites).

Any recommendations on places or agents to work with?
