I am in Buenos Aires for a year at least and looking for a house/apartment-sit. Single, non-drinker, sober habits, quiet and responsible, 60 years of age, interests: theatre, reading, gardening, cooking, horses, cinema, politics and writing (present work in progress is a novel set in NZ, Puerto Vallarta and Buenos Aires called 'Mala Sangre').
