Old Dollars

Hi guys,

An elderly family friend has old dollars from 1993, and they've run into some issues trying to convert them to pesos at the blue rate due to the age of them.

I think a bank would let them deposit them since they're dollars after all, but they were hoping to get a better rate and stay in cash.

Does anyone here know where a good place to exchange very old dollars is?
