Online exchanges other than WU?

Is there any limit in using Xoom to send to an Argentine bank account? If I want to buy something larger like a car could I do that to seller?

As I understand most Argentina banks have a limit of 4 monthly minimum wages (currently ~$750 USD) before you have to justify your source of funds, such as providing monotributo statements. I'd say the most convenient way is to just get cash USD bills
 
I discovered this when Banco Santander rejected my MoneyGram transfers after I already had sent $750
