I have a superb flat in San Telmo which will be available this Friday 9 of January because tenant coming has just canceled his trip to Argentina. That´s why I knocked down from the monthly rental fee the reserve deposit he paid, so I´m asking 890 USD, everything including: Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Maid Service, expenses, etc.

I am possibly interested in your apartment, but I am looking for long term, 1-2 years. 1 year minimum. I will not be moving to BA until late August Early September. If not, maybe you know some resources where I can find a nice place at a reasonable cost.
