You can get opiate medicine in BsAs. I have fibromyalgia and go to a pain treatment clinic that is licensed to prescribe these medicine. In order to prescribe them the physician has a special license. Not every drug store works with these medications either, but they are legally prescribed and available. There's even "made in Argentina" generics available! I've been using a doctor and his clinic in Belgrano for three years, and if you want his contact info PM me. I wouldn't advise ordering anything on line as you probably won't get it, or will be charged a duty on it.
