Palermo Carniceros

I've just relocated from Puerto Madero to Palermo Soho for the winter and have yet to find a decent carnicero nearby. I used to shop very happily in the covered market in San Telmo where they had a selection. Anyone got a suggestion? I hate supermarkets and the quality of their meat is normally awful.

I guess it is technically in Palermo, but barely. Supplies a lot of Hollywood restaurants. Quality and selection is very good and price is reasonable.
