Hi, does anyone know where you can buy currants (pasas de corinto) in Buenos Aires? Currants are crucial for Christmas Cake and I am not finding them in the local health food shops. Buying on the internet is possible but they are unlikely to arrive before Christmas :( . Many thanks for your help

Dietética Bellgrano has all kind of currants, nuts, there are many branches, I buy there to make Pan Dulce...
 
Thanks, I will give them a try. Funny how some food items are so specific - it hadn´t occurred to me that currants would be such a big deal.
