Passport photos - update

Where can I get good quality passport photos? There are some old threads about this but I think things may have changed. Thanks

Kodak Express, La Pampa 2447 (Belgrano). He knows the requirements for various countries. He's done sets for me for two different countries and both were accepted by the respective passport issuers.

Could anyone give a ballpark figure of how much it costs to get the passport photos ? Thanks

If you just need digital images and can pay electronically, these guys will do it over the internet if you specify the physical / digital dimensions and the background color; I think that they charged about $5
