I need a passport size photo for a Brazilian visa application, any suggestions on where to get one made. Do pharmacies provided that service here as well? Id prefer some place around Scalabrini Ortiz. Thanks for any help.

Any place that says Fotocarnet outside. They will do it in the act. Could be a, locutorio, kiosko or any kodak shop. Not sure about over in that area, but there is one inside of Retiro station downstairs near where you get off the C Line stop. It's 22 pesos for four photos official sized with fondo blanco.
 
I did mine at a Kodak place on Scalabrini between Paraguay and Charcas. 17 pesos for two photos, very quick service.
