Paying a factura as a tourist (no DNI) with foreign card?

I've got a factura I need to pay. I'm a tourist, so no DNI or anything like that.

I says you should be able to pay on the Pagofácil website and asks for my passport details, but times out when I try to pay with my UK debit card.

In the middle of nowhere travelling so can't just go to a Pago Fácil in person.

I believe it is possible to pay via Rapipago over the phone using a foreign card. (It was mentioned by someone a long time ago.)

Alternatively, you could check the website of the company that bills you, as they may offer the option to make payments there.
