Always worth listening to, and as far as Buenos Aires is concerned, it's the elephant in the River Plate room always, with 12 or 13 million inhabitants it's always going to dominate.

I like Mujica's style, I saw him (pre-pandemic) on the Buquebus coming to Argentina, with his wife and a single bodyguard that I could see.
