Personal Cellular Company - Service Today

Hi

I have a post paid personal connection.

I am getting "no service" since morning today, on my sim card.

When I switch off and on, it goes to "Personal LTE" for 2 minutes and then reverts to "No service".

Anyone facing the same issue today?

Is because they are switching the network, the old chips will probably stop working, they called me 15 days ago to tell me that i have to change chip to 4g, if I didn't I will loose signal. The good news is that is free and should give you a better service and faster, as the new chip use 3g for calls only and 4g for data. The idea is to take away all the data traffic from the 3G network so they can improve de quality of the calls and to let all internet related traffic go into the faster 4G network, the only way they can do that is changing everyone's chip apparently, in any case, most of the phone companies in Argentina are doing the same. In any case, at least that is what they told me on the phone.

I just got a new chip from them 1 month ago.

I assumed they gave me with the latest tech.

The reason for changing the chip was cos of change of phone and chip size.
