"THE FIVE TIBETAN RITES": are highly energising yoga's postures and exercises originated in the Himalayas.
It's been 2000 years now the Tibetan monks have been claiming the ageing process could be reversed.
They developed the Rites by condensing 21 yoga exercises into 5:
