I thought I'd share a few photos of my recent trips to Colonia (hope that's allowed here). Been twice so far, once in late September and again about a week ago. Beautiful little town - expensive, but a nice and relaxing reprieve from the city life for a few days.

For those that are interested in saving $ . I used to stay at the Radisson in Colonia for the weekend including breakfast. Booking it with a voucher via a travel agency in BA, payable in Argentine Pesos.Can be as low as $32 bucks..? may not work now,,? The regular price is $111 aprox.

Great suggestion, thanks! I had some Airbnb gift cards to burn the last two trips, but next time I'll try to look for a good blue dollar lodging deal.
