Does anybody have any good recommendations for a Pilates class that cover the reformer and circuit training in el centro , San Telmo or Puerto Madero?
I understand Spanish so the classes dont have to be in English. I have been going to Kali Pilates for a number of years but I have now moved and its too far to travel to all of the time.
I like a class that is challenging, where there is clear growth plan and with variation in the excercies each class so that every class isnt the same and I dont get bored.
Any ideas?
