Planning extended stay

My wife and I are planning an extended stay in Buenos Aires. I need to continue the treatments of a good opthamologist or retinologist, but have found the sites where they should be listed to be inaccessible online. Does anyone know of a good eye care provider I could reach. The length of our stay depends on being able to access a good doctor.
Also, since my health insurance and Medicare only cover services in the USA, how expensive are medical services for the non-Argentinian?

Search through these forums ,most if not all of these places will take $ for eye exams. And compared to North America,probably 1/2 the price or so.
