Prices at La Biela?

Has anyone been to La Biela lately? Curious to know the price of a cafe double? A medialuna?
 
A week ago cafe con leche + 3 medialunas 3800$
 
La Biela has always been more expensive than a regular argie cafe. It's in every guide book, it gets tons of tourists and its in Recoleta.
 
People don't come here for the coffee, they come here to see and be seen and to break bread with the likes of Robert Duvall. Last time I was here with the old BAexpat: garryl, we ran into one of the Washington DC elites: James Carville.

Liked the biblical expression "Breaking B(re)ad" in this case more like "Breaking Medialuna"
