Professional Networking events?

HI,

Does anyone know about professional networking events that exist here in BA and are active, particularly ones aimed at foreigners working here?
I used to live in Bangkok, where every week there was something happening through the european young professionals, or the American/Irish/NZ/etc chamber of commerce or similar organizations. These were casual events that usually were set up for after-office drinks at some bar or restaurant that sponsored them. They were great for professional networking.../

It's run by an expat and has a lot of expats too. Not all of them sign up on Facebook.
