Quiniela lottery pays 70 times your bet. Numbers range is 1-999. You can bet to the winner ( 1:70 ) or 1st, 2nd, 3rd ( pays less ). Generally people choose the last 2 digits ( you will see at most agencies "Numeros y sueños" where each number is linked to a certain dream ( I suppose it helps picking your numbers ). If you bet on the three digits and you win the prize is substantially bigger, but most people do not do that. There are 6-7 drawings each day ( mon-sat ) "matutina" in the morning, "vespertina " in the afternoon, and " nocturna " in the evening. You can also bet on Montevideo´s quiniela. On saturdays there aren´t evening drawings ( not 100% sure of this ). Hope it helps!
