Real cheddar cheese found at Disco

By real cheddar you mean imported from England? I bought a local "Cheddar" at Disco a few years ago and it was poor. Some good news on the cheese front, though: Valenti has Emmental (imported French) cheese at around $160 a kilo.

I don´t think it is imported, check out the link I posted about the company and their products... I believe it is the English style cheddar cheese, not the softy yellow processed stuff ( Velveeta like ) It had a tag with instructions on how to peel it and how to add whiskey to store it with...
