Real Estate Investor Coordinator Position (Keep your cat company and work at home.)
Job Description:
·Researching commercial loan programs to fit our criteria.
·Selecting 3rd party brokers to broker our loans.
·Talking to prospective investors and teaching them about our program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Must have mortgage broker or underwriter experience, escrow officer or Title experience.
·Any experience as a loan underwriter for a mortgage lender.
·Must speak excellent English.
·Must have understanding of the US real estate market.
·Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills (English).
BENEFITS:
·All work is done via telephone, fax and email. All activity is logged into the company’s database. You are paid weekly by bank wire, Paypal, Xoom, etc. You are an independent contractor.

Salary: 6.00 U$D base an hour plus commission, $100 per closing average of 7 closings per customer up to as many as 10.
