I bought and paid the reciprocity fee on-line in Canada-- for three months. But I paid for it in advance (on April 18th) even though I didn't actually arrive in Argentina until May 15th. It says however that the reciprocity fee is only good until July 17th... which means that it is only good for three months from the date of purchase! Not the date of arrival.

I've left the country three times already so keep getting new 90 tourist stamps. Will I have to pay a fee when I leave?

The reciprocity fee is only for arrivals, not departures.
