Recoleta long term, sleeps 7, furnished option, bank guarantor OK

Update: my property manager of nearly 2 decades encouraged me to sell the furniture, rather than store it. I was highly resistant, but gave in as he is literally a genius. I knew I´d take a bath on the furniture and equipment, which was good quality and mostly fairly new. I neglected to make sure he did not practically give the things away. The maids bed (US$6), a 12 year old flat screen TV (had been repaired), (US$10). I have a different manager now. The tenant has been in a year, but said with the rent increase (standard inflation clause), she could not afford the rent now nor was it worth it, given the condition of the building. I won´t lower the rent, yet so far she has been paying the increased amount.
