Recommend eye doctor?

I would like to have my eyes tested and obtain prescription glasses.
I have no serious eye issues but am in the "old" category, so need to be tested for whatever that requires.
What is the best way to proceed in BA. I live in Palermo.

Not in Palermo, but Centro Privado de Ojos right by the Congress building does eyeglasses prescriptions for about 10 dollars. No appointment is necessary, multiple doctors are available.

Dr Charles has a major clinic. He's certainly one of the leading in his field in Argentina. I think on Riobamba. Might be hard to see him personally.
