Recommendations For Studio Space

Does anyone happen to know of a place that rents out studio space (for dance practice, yoga, etc) on an hourly basis?

Prefer something in the Palermo area, but open other areas as well.

Flexible on the size, flooring, etc. Mirrors would be nice, but not mandatory.

Dance studio space is notoriously hard to find in BA, far harder than in London or New York because there's little dance space rentable in time slots in BA. And available spaces in BA are generally a lot smalller. I'd suggest you decide first which of these 2 radically different physical disciplines you're more qualified to teach and that you love more - yoga or a SPECIFIC dance style.

Then, you'll have a better idea of how much space you'll need.
