Recommendations for Web Designer

I am seeking recommendations for a designer to produce a site/blog for me. The content is ready and it's a pretty simple job for someone well versed with blogging tools, photoshop and with an eye for aesthetics.

I know a very good web designing company located in Palermo, what is the amount of work involved (i.e. how many pages and what kind of features would you need on the site) and how much would you be ready to spend for the site?

This can be done using a WordPress theme via WordPress.org not .com. You don't really need a designer so much as someone who can customize a theme and set it up for you. That could be done for $100 US online (search wordpress theme customization) - or even much less (depending on where the person is).

While you could build a site from scratch with a designer, assuming it's for your closed door restaurant, the above would more than meet your needs and cost much less for a same result.

I too do web and graphic design. I built my site from the ground up in wordpress, http://www.andebobandy.com but I also have done theme customization.

In wordpress, I built http://www.buenosairespeople.com (theme and logo design)

I'm working on this one which is in the subdirectory /wordpress now, but will be in the .com domain soon, http://perrospuravida.com/wordpress/. It is, as Zissou mentioned, a theme customization. (logo/graphic design and theme customization)
