We are a specialized staffing agency looking for a recruiting coordinator to join our Buenos Aires team.
A majority of your time will be spent pre-qualifying, phone interviewing, checking references, and building relationships with potential candidates for our client's open positions. You will be using various tools for research, taking detailed notes about these candidates, managing the information in a database, and writing. This position is 100% in English and we prefer a native English speaker. We are looking for someone who is responsible, resourceful and has an acute attention to detail. You should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work autonomously and pick up on new concepts quickly. Studies in communications, public relations, human resources, or marketing is helpful.
Our work environment is very casual and flexible. Our typical working day is 11am-7pm. We are a small team and we've been working together for several years, so it is important for us to find someone who fits well with the team and will have fun working with us.
