Thanks, bud! Update: They said they wouldn’t give me my money back but would “immediately” refund me in Colonia Club credit for another ferry ride. Days and emails later, no credit. I don’t use social media but I really wish I could blast them somehow. They’ve disabled Google reviews for obvious reasons

Do what the natives do, go down to the terminal and stand in the door declaring you're blocking the ferry and that you're denouncing them.

Don't leave until you get summoned by the minister of transportation. This extortion is more effective than you think.

Not sure how related this is but I just tried to buy a colonia express ticket on my phone, paying with a British credit card. It said an error occurred, but my credit card has been charged, and I haven’t been emailed a ticket or anything. I don’t want to try again given that the money has been taken from my credit card.

Any ideas? I’ve sent then an email but not feeling terribly confident that I’ll get a prompt reply
