I have a very specific question. More than two and a half years ago, my now husband and I bought a car together : 50/50, and we paid cash. The car is insured but unfortunately was never registered because until yesterday, I didn’t have a DNI, and everyone we consulted said it couldn’t be registered without a DNI …
Now that I officially have my DNI, we want to register it but the concern is tax wise , how do we show that I am half owner when we ( when I )
paid for it 2 1/2 years ago, without a CUIL, DNI, bank account at the time..
I suppose this is a accounting / tax question..,
How do I avoid needing to transfer $10,000 now here to Argentina to show my half ownership of the car?
I know this might seem silly or stupid to some but please go easy on me in your responses, because I just have no idea how to do this without needing to transfer money here to prove that I contributed for the car …
