they (ateret) will build you your bathroom cabinets. Or you can buy off the shelf cabinets from Blaisten or other places on Cordoba.
they have regular mirror and stone countertop companies they work with, as well. You will need to choose fixtures, Barugel is higher end, more expensive, while Blaisten carries pretty much the complete spectrum of bath/sink/toilet, griferia (plumbing fixtures like shower heads) and they rep an extensive line of tiles and stone for shower and bath enclosures.
I have always hired independent plumbers, and I buy the major fixtures, they buy the pipe and connectors and so on.
Go and window shop at Blaisten, ask a rep there to write you up a quote on things you like.
They are too busy to do anything more than send you spam emails, and I think you can decline those too.

This is the way it's done. I would never trust the company that produces a product to install it, regardless of their pricing.
