Rental Agreements In Usdollars Not Valid ? /new Civil Law

It's been this way for ages. And has been posted MANY time as such. "No contracts in dollars are legal." [unless they are international trade contracts}

Not so sure about foreign currency and foreign contracts being settled in dollars. Seems to be some debate about it. Not 100% sure, but it sounds like the contract could be settled in pesos.
