Reopening of some tourism

Wall Street Journal today reports: "In France, authorities recently halved the length of quarantines to one week, believing it would boost compliance. 'It's a matter of balance, to be able to enforce a new rule we need to make sure first that people can accept it', Education Minister Jean-Michel Blanquer of France said.

This seems a good point. It seems symptoms usually appear within a few days. People are more likely to stay confined for a week but less likely a fortnight. What is the policy in Uruguay? Is it one week?

Today's WSJ reports that more European countries have reduced the quarantine, some to seven days and some to ten days. The mean length of time to showing symptoms is five days.
