Returning To Buenos Aires For Vacation After 5 Years

Buy Coca Zero 1.5 lt for $25 it is still a precio cuidado.
Kioskos are historically more expensive, as they are convenience stores for lazy people. You pay for that 'convenience' on every block or so, or 24/7.

Its a big city.
There are a lot of different prices for the same thing.

I am sure you can pay 250 pesos for a cocktail- in fact, I bet you could pay 400, if you really tried.
You can also get a gin and tonic at Chori, with Apostles Gin and their own house brand of excellent tonic, for 90 pesos recently.
Yep, it comes in a plastic cup. But its probably a much higher quality of ingredients than the house cocktails at Millions or similar places.

There is absolutely no question that everything is more expensive than it was five years ago.
But its also true that you can find a wide range of prices, and there are still deals to be found.

The main thing is- have fun. On vacation, live a little- buy a coke at a kiosko. Pretend you are rich for a day, heck, buy a bag of overpriced chips too.
