Two expats here renting out our guest bedroom for short term/vacation rental. We live in a beautiful antique apt in Congreso steps from the A line on the Subte. The bedroom for rent is very big, has a queen size bed, closet and drawers, a desk, and a small balcony. There is a private guest bathroom with a shower as well.
We are artists (filmmaker and musician) and in the process of learning Spanish. This is house is 100% vegan. I am always cooking yummy vegan delights and guests are welcome to dine with us at their leisure provided a contribution to groceries. We also have two dogs, Arthur and Pam, the lover boy and the diva.
The rate is USD$28 per night, USD$160 per week, or USD$600 per month. Maximum one month and maximum two people.
I don't have the room posted on AirBnB just yet but I can provide photos until that is set up.
