Im renting a room in a nice apartment @ Suipacha 1200. Located in a nice area with several bus lines, near subway station and Estación Retiro. The room is quite comfortable , with a big closet, 1-person bed and a desktop.

* fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drier.
* Nice Balcony
* Building with 24 Hours private security

2,600 Pesos/ Monthly

- Police station less than 50 mts away.
- 3 Supermarkets, 2 Kioscos and 2 Bakeries less than 100 mts away.
 
A room for 2600 is an "opportunity"!? Did something happen in the two months I've been gone?

That's the value! ,and yes, since January the services like electricity, gas, water are up to 300%.
