I love animals but some Rottweilers seem to have an aggressive disposition.
The American guy in the article got off easy. Could have been much worse.
Airbnb dropped the house from their Airbnb list of places to stay.

Basically, the host decided to put up for rent a room with a defense dog in a place where random people where coming and going alone.
He's a genius. Really.

Were they renting a room inside of this house or renting the whole house? A lawyer can tell you what the responsibility of AirBnB is. It will vary from country to country. If you want an eye-opening read just look at the liability (not) of an air carrier in different countries in the event of damage to your property, bodily damage, or loss of life.

In any event the owners of this dog are at least negligent. They absolutely had to know their dog had aggressive tendencies and I would bet this isn't the first incident. It might be the first attack that drew serious blood. But, it isn't the first incident.
