President Macri has appointed Carlos McAllister as Sports Minister . McAllister's forefathers came from Fife on the east coast of Scotland

And people have been making haggis pasties for as long as haggis has been around. So a haggis empanada is hardly something far out there.

Seems like haggis is the dulce de leche for Scottish people I was always too scared to try it, but if I find some haggis chips or empanada, I might give it a try
