Hi All,
My lease expires at the end of Feb. and I'm looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment starting March 1st. Preferred area is Palermo, but can be flexible. I am flexible on what I can pay. Prefer month to month. I work out of my home so must be in quiet location with internet. Also, spacious area for entertaining prefered, for dinner parties and such. Balcony would be nice too. Month to month would be ideal, but I plan to say at location at least 6 months.
I would be willing to watch pets or manage the property if a special kind of arrangement is needed.
