Seeking apartment Nov thru Jan - Almagro, Villa Crespo or Monserrat

I’m looking for a quiet, attractive apartment for 3 full months (Nov-Jan) in Almagro or Villa Crespo, possibly Monserrat if near Corrientes & Callao. Sunny, good kitchen, separate bedroom, washing machine in apt. Trees, garden, balcony a plus. Open to other locations, but it would have to blow me away. 1 person - mature professional & tanguera.
